Applications:

·      Characterization of dynamics of gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid flows

·   Measurements of local gas volume fraction and bubble size distribution in two-/three-phase flow in bubble/slurry bubble columns

·   Cold flow characterization of Basic Oxygen Furnace used for steel making

·   Liquid distribution generated by distributors used in trickle beds

·   Local (particle)-scale flow in trickle beds
